Recipes

I have millions of recipes or so it seems. I have spent most of the afternoon looking for a meat pinwheel recipe that was served in the cafeteria at Caesar Rodney School in the 50"s. I think it had a reddish meat not sure if it was pork or beef and had a flour crust. Any clues will be appreciated.
